Refunds and cancellations

These conditions apply to educational tech analysis training sessions offered by Utilitycedar. We do not sell physical products, subscriptions, or downloadable signal packs on this site.

Payments

There is no checkout on utilitycedar.click. Session fees and any seat deposits are agreed and paid outside the website (bank transfer or another method confirmed when booking). Published prices are informational.

Eligibility and timeframe

Refund requests are considered when you cancel a confirmed seat before the session or cohort block begins, subject to the windows below. Requests should be sent to learn@utilitycedar.click or 064 3899884 within 14 days of the cancellation decision.

Cancellation by the learner

• At least 48 business hours before the session or cohort start: full refund of amounts already paid, or free reschedule.
• Fewer than 48 business hours: 50% of the paid amount is retained as a booking hold, unless a documented medical or force-majeure reason applies.
• No-show without notice: no refund for that reserved session.

Full versus partial refunds

Full refunds apply inside the early-cancel window when no session materials unique to that booking have been issued. Partial (pro-rata) refunds may apply to unused future evenings in a multi-session studio after attended sessions are deducted.

Non-refundable items

Orientation calls when offered free of charge, completed desk review hours, and sessions already attended are non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with market outcomes after training is not a refund basis.

Rescheduling

One date change is free when you give at least 24 business hours’ notice. Further changes may include an administrative adjustment of 150,000 VND, credited toward a later session if you continue.

Deposits

If a seat deposit is requested to hold a classroom or video slot, it is deducted from the final fee. Deposits are returned in full when you cancel inside the full-refund window.

Sessions already started

Once a live session or lab has begun (classroom or video), voluntary withdrawal is not refundable, except when Utilitycedar causes a material interruption (for example, sustained platform failure on our side or instructor absence).

Materials and work already delivered

Printed sheets, journal templates, and feedback delivered during a session are part of the training service. There is no partial refund for unused materials after they have been provided.

Refund process, timing, and method

Email learn@utilitycedar.click or call 064 3899884 with your booking date and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of acceptance, using the same payment method when possible, otherwise by bank transfer to an account in Vietnam that you nominate.

Exceptions

Educational results depend on practice; we do not guarantee trading performance. Force-majeure interruptions caused by Utilitycedar may result in a free reschedule or a full refund of the affected session fee at your choice.
